Payment Options

Intermountain Gas offers many convenient payment options designed to make your bill paying as easy as possible.

Online Account Services: Make an online payment from your active U.S. checking account. It's an easy and secure way to view and/or pay your bill free of charge online 24/7. You can also save time, trees, postage and gasoline by switching to paperless statements and managing your account online. Our online account services will give you the flexibility of reviewing your account information and monitoring your monthly usage history throughout the year. Access your account 24 hours a day for account information, a usage summary, energy conservation tips and a help center. Sign up today.

Automatic Payments: Automatically pay your bill each month by having Intermountain Gas withdraw your pre-authorized payment from your financial institution 10 calendar days following your bill date. Enroll online to take advantage of a convenient, no-cost payment plan. Automatically pay your bill each month by having Intermountain Gas withdraw your pre-authorized payment from your financial institution 10 calendar days following your bill date (or the next business day thereafter). This date will be shown on your bill stub. Enroll in AutoPay electronically by logging in to your account and clicking the "Sign up for AutoPay" button in the promotion box on the right.

Convenience Pay: To pay your Intermountain Gas bill in person, simply visit one of our nearby Convenience Pay® location. There is a $1 fee for this service. Make sure to bring your Intermountain Gas bill with you to ensure correct payment processing.

Credit/Debit Card Payment: Payments can be made by phone or online anytime with electronic transfer from your checking account. Use your Credit card, debit card or electronic check through Western Union ® Speedpay® Bill Payment Service. Western Union® is an independent provider and charges a $1.99 fee per transaction. ATM or Debit cards with the "NYCE®”, “PULSE®”, or “STAR®” logo can be used for payment. Visa® , MasterCard® or Discover® credit cards can be used as well. Payments made after 4 p.m. Central Time will be processed the following business day.

  • Pay by phone: A credit/debit card payment can be initiated by calling 1-844-413-7758 and following the prompts. Be sure to have your account number ready.

  • Online: Payments can be made online through the Speedpay® website. Be sure to have your account number ready.

Drop Boxes: ​Intermountain Gas has several authorized drop boxes throughout its service territory. Do not deposit cash in our payment drop boxes and always include your bill stub. Paying by personal check or money order is much more secure and makes the possibility of missing payments less likely.  Please allow 5 business days for payment processing and be sure to include the bill stub with the payment. To find a drop box location near you look for "Drop Box" on the Payment Locations page.

Please Note: If you are paying on a Disconnection of Service Notice, please contact Intermountain Gas at 1-800-548-3679 to let us know that payment has been made.

Level Pay Plan

The Level Pay Plan makes budgeting for your bill easy by allowing you to make equal monthly payments. To determine your Level Pay amount, we estimate your annual gas consumption, using actual usage history when available, and divide that amount into equal monthly installments. Then, we track your actual usage and make adjustments as necessary through the year. Check our Level Pay Brochure for more information.
